The following roles are needed to be filled in:

[ ERIN ]
18 – 25 years old female, White. Bright, funny, and independent, she’s obsessed with Jack the Ripper. Erin’s been on her own since she was a kid. Street crime for survival was a reality for her at an early age so she used history to escape the present fantasy-land to foggy London of the 1800’s and the world of Jack the Ripper. Erin was never repulsed or horrified – she saw Jack’s crimes as shows of strength. No one could ever find him, and Erin loved that. Jack remained an elusive mystery, and his slaughters have made their mark on history – for someone like Erin, who had felt forgotten and thrown away, Jack became an idol. Erin loves Quadrant because it transports her back to those times and those crimes. She convinces Robert to be her partner in murder because she sees him as someone she can dominate as SHE BECOMES JACK THE RIPPER in a modern-day city. Requires brief topless nudity. ERIN and GUITAR GIRL are in a living room and engage in light touching, kissing and brief topless nudity, and ERIN and ROBERT are in a living room and engage in light touching, kissing and brief topless nudity. Nudity and modesty garments will not be required at any audition and/or callbacks. Actors will be provided with a robe and dressing room on set. This will be a closed set when nudity is required. An intimacy coordinator will not be provided. LEAD

[ MEG ]
20’s, female. Beautiful, because she’s so smart, separate from her physicality. Meg loves her husband Harry and is devoted to Quadrant, which she helped develop. But she’s also devoted and caring to the patients who come to them for help. Meg was once one of those patients, and she wants everyone to benefit the way she has. But, Meg’s mental illness was dark, and brutally violent, and Quadrant and Harry brought her back from the edge of Hell, she breaks loose of all constraints to face Erin in Quadrant world – the gentle doctor is also a serial killer and she uses her killer instincts to stop Erin any way she can. But, once those instincts are let loose, there’s no going back to “normal” for Meg. LEAD

[ ROBERT ]
20’s. Handsome, but vulnerable. Robert could have the world at his fingertips and all the ladies he might want, but he’s too shy to go for it. Robert’s nightmares have dominated his adult life and turned him into a passive, timid, meek man. It’s Erin who brings Robert out of his shell, and gives him strength and confidence in all facets of his life. He’s never had anyone show care for him the way she does, even if her strength can be violent. This is Robert’s dilemma: the woman he loves has become a monster, and he’s torn about what to do about it, not knowing that she’s decided he must die for being too weak to keep her dark secrets. ERIN and ROBERT are in a living room and engage in light touching, kissing and brief topless nudity for ERIN. An intimacy coordinator will not be provided. LEAD

[ HARRY ]
30’s. Harry is a wild haired eccentric who developed and built Quadrant. He’s run out of money and lives and works, with Meg, on the wrong side of the tracks. Harry is a hold-over hippy from the 60’s, probably with Jimi Hendrix’s version of the Star Spangled Banner always playing his head. Harry believes in Quadrant, and the good it can do for people tormented with mental delusions or disorders, but when Erin attacks Meg, that pushes Harry over the edge and he must become an avenger for his wife. [ GUITAR GIRL ]
Early 20’s, female. A tough girl from the streets who relates to Erin, but ultimately becomes her next victim. Requires brief topless nudity. ERIN and GUITAR GIRL are in a living room and engage in light touching, kissing and brief topless nudity. Nudity and modesty garments will not be required at any audition and/or callbacks. Actors will be provided with a robe and dressing room on set. This will be a closed set when nudity is required. An intimacy coordinator will not be provided. DAY PLAYER

Storyline: What if you could face your fears and kill them as physical entities? QUADRANT makes that possible. Developed by scientists HARRY and MEG, the Quadrant helmet lets your mind transport you into a world where all your fears and nightmares are real and you have the strength to defeat them, freeing yourself of those phobias forever. Where Quadrant goes horribly wrong is with ERIN, a young woman who’s obsessed with Jack the Ripper. She doesn’t want to get rid of the obsession, she wants to BECOME the Ripper, and she does – first in her mind in old London created by Quadrant, and then in the reality of a modern-day city, where she now seeks out victims for her knife. The only way to stop the new Ripper is for a more vicious killer than Erin/Jack to enter Quadrant-World and savagely defeat Erin there in a battle of the serial killers.
